Description
We offer NeuroMovement® group lessons online twice each week. NeuroMovement® uses slow, gentle movements to speak to the brain. It helps the brain map the body and integrates the movements of the whole body. During the lessons, new brain connections form. The new connections produce greater ease of movement, improved thinking skills, and improved emotional regulation over time. These lessons are usually 30-35 minutes in length.
